A selection from our current work. Each one is custom-built for one business — operating software and back offices, apps, booking, stores and sites — not a template. Additional projects, including work under client confidentiality, are shared on request.
Custom operating software for a custom home builder. It replaced their JobTread subscription. Schedules, budgets, receipts, documents and the homeowner all live in one place, built around how this builder already works. Snap a photo of a paper schedule and it is read, matched to their 13-phase template, scaled to the house and built. A built-in assistant answers questions and proposes actions, and nothing changes until someone confirms. In the truck, the supervisor gets a phone-first field app that is simpler than what they had.

Our own product for pressure washing, roofing, concrete and siding companies. The customer traces the corners of a property on a map; the app measures it and prices the job instantly, then books a slot the crew actually has open. An assistant answers questions on both sides of the counter — customer and office — and the numbers roll up into monthly revenue on their own.

A design-build home builder with three decades of work, and a site built to protect the calendar. A five-step intake asks new build or remodel, then only the questions that matter. Budget and square footage are scored into a cost per square foot, and anything under the typical build range is flagged. Each enquiry sends a notification email and lands in the back office as a lead, already vetted. Visitors can book a 30-minute discovery call right on the site, from live availability.

Full store implementation on top of a real inventory — a catalogue deep enough that a single ink line carries 91 shades. The automation is the point: a customer orders and pays on the site, the order appears in the fulfilment system as a shipment, labels and carrier rates are handled, and confirmations go out on their own. The owner never touches an order by hand.

A live music venue with the booking engine behind it: VIP tables, birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate nights and fundraisers each get their own request flow, and all of them land in one place instead of three inboxes. Twelve booking and enquiry forms, a recurring events calendar staff update themselves, and a full mobile build.

A bar and entertainment venue, with a site built around what brings people back. Weekly nights and one-night events each have their place, so regulars know what is on without asking. Groups can book the space for a private event straight from the site, and the rest of the venue gets its own page too.

A billiards lounge with more than pool tables under one roof. The site gives each part of the night its own place, puts the food up front, and lists what is coming up. Booking a table is one tap from the top of every page.

A luxury holistic skin studio that already ran its site on Squarespace. This was a remodel, not a rebuild: we kept their existing setup and structure and redesigned what sits on top of it. A calmer homepage, a clearer story, and treatments laid out with prices, so the next step is booking.

Further projects — including client systems we don't publish — are walked through live on a call.
